All Classes Welcome Drop-In's and honor Punch-cards
Level 1 = Designed for everyone and paced for the beginning yoga student. Class will offer detailed instructions. Classes listed as Level 1 welcome all levels of students.
Level 2 = Designed for the yogi with basic to advanced yoga skills.
8:00 AM with Julie
Yoga Level 1 - This flowing style yoga class, while linking breath and movement, will build heat, promoting strength, flexibility, balance and agility. There will be calming poses throughout the class.
5:30 PM with Tamsie
Yoga, Beyond the Basics Level 1 & 2- Designed for students with experience practicing: Sun Salutation, Warrior & Tree, who want to deepen their practice and explore more advanced poses or find fuller expression of basic poses. Optional inversions. Modifications will be taught to accommodate all levels of physicality.
10:00 AM with Lindsey
Yoga for Stress Relief Level 1 & 2 - This all-level yoga class cultivates deeper awareness of the poses, attention to alignment, understanding of breathing techniques, and exploration of connection between the mind and body. A deep dive into letting go and opening up.
5:30 PM with Jami
Modified Ashtanga Level 2 - An energetic practice incorporating optional Vinyasa flows. This practice moves from standing to mat quickly to build heat. Students should be familiar with Sun Salutations, forward folds and twists.
7:00 PM with Jami
Yin Yoga Level 1 & 2 - Restorative yoga. Poses are held for longer periods of time to allow the body to relax. Supportive props are used. Focus is on stimulating energy through the meridians in our body (energy channels/nervous system/parasympathetic nervous system).
5:15 - 6:00 PM with Tammy
Cardio Mix - An aerobic class using step boxes to get your heart pumping and body moving. *Class is 45 Minutes
6:15 PM with Julie
Vinyasa Yoga Level 1 & 2 - Vinyasa flows that link the breath with movement, standing and seated poses.
10:00 AM with Julie
Yoga Flow Level 1 & 2 - Warm up, standing poses, twists and seated poses.
5:30 PM with Tamsie
Introduction to Yoga Basics Level 1 - Designed for the new or first time yoga student or the seasoned yoga student. Class focuses on alignment, basic poses and introduction to a yoga lifestyle. Modifications to accommodate all physicality. This is an interactive class where questions and group discussion is encouraged.
7:00 - 7:45 PM with Tamsie
Candlelight Guided Meditation Open to All. No yoga or meditation experience required - Class with begin with breath work and then moves on to a guided meditation. *Class is 45 Minutes
7:30 AM with Alyssa
Rise and Shine Yoga Level 1 & 2- Start your day with an invigorating yoga flow. Each class will begin with a short writing exercise to set the tone and intention for the class. Bring a journal or use the paper provided. The practice will include standing, seated and twists to wake the mind, body and spirit up and get YOU ready to enjoy the day.
No Classes. Rest, relax and breathe.
Classes are ongoing and all are welcome. In the case of severe weather, cancellations may occur. We will post on the website and Facebook. We will do our best to be open and know that in central Minnesota Mother Nature sometimes has other plans.
