Level 1 = Designed for everyone and paced for the beginning yoga student. Class will offer detailed instructions. No yoga experience required.
Level 2 = Designed for the yogi with basic to advanced yoga skills. Basic knowledge of yoga a plus.
5:30 PM with Tamsie
Yoga, Beyond the Basics Level 1 & 2- Designed for students with experience practicing: Sun Salutation, Warrior & Tree, who want to deepen their practice and explore more advanced poses or find fuller expression of basic poses. Optional inversions. Modifications will be taught to accommodate all levels of physicality.
7:00 PM with Tamsie Arrive 10 minutes prior to class to set up
Foam Roller Stretch -Foam rolling for strength, toning and flexibility. This class is designed to improve strength, body alignment, flexibility, balance, reduce muscular stiffness, speed up recovery from other physical activities, promote myofascial release, strengthen core muscles and provide overall muscle toning. You will use a foam roller to perform a series of specific exercises to engage large and small muscle groups. This class combines foam rolling with stretching for a good full body workout. Participants need to be able to go from standing to the floor with ease. No previous experience required.
Students may want to bring a towel and water bottle. Foam rollers are provided. This class is not suitable for people with vascular conditions such as deep vein thrombosis, blood clots or uncontrolled hypertension or any type of arthritis that restricts you from supporting your own body weight. *If pregnant, consult with your physician before participating.
10:00 AM with Lindsey
Yoga for Stress Relief Level 1 & 2 - This all-level yoga class cultivates deeper awareness of the poses, attention to alignment, understanding of breathing techniques, and exploration of connection between the mind and body. A deep dive into letting go and opening up.
5:30 PM with Jami
Modified Ashtanga Level 2 - An energetic practice incorporating optional Vinyasa flows. This practice moves from standing to mat quickly to build heat. Students should be familiar with Sun Salutations, forward folds and twists.
7:00 PM with Jami
Yin Yoga All Levels - Yin Yoga is a quiet, meditative, floor based yoga practice. You will be guided through a series of poses designed to promote relaxation through the use of long holds and the assistance of props such as blocks and bolsters. No previous yoga experience is required.
5:15 PM with Tammy
Cardio Mix No experience necessary. This class uses step boxes and light weights to move through an aerobic and muscle toning workout session. Come prepared to sweat. Please bring indoor athletic shoes to wear. Outdoor shoes are not allowed in the workout area. This helps keep the studio clean. This is a 6 week session. $48 or 6 punches on your punch-card when you attend the first session. Drop In's are $10. No punches for drop in's.
6:15 PM with Julie
Vinyasa Yoga Level 1 & 2 - Vinyasa flows, moving from one pose to another in a fluid movement, that link the breath with movement, standing and seated poses.
10:00 AM with Julie
Yoga Flow Level 1 & 2 - Warm up, standing poses, twists and seated poses.
5:30 PM with Tamsie
Introduction to Yoga Basics Level 1 - Designed for the new or first time yoga student or the seasoned yoga student. Class focuses on alignment, basic poses and introduction to a yoga lifestyle. Modifications to accommodate all physicality. This is an interactive class where questions and group discussion is encouraged.

Classes are ongoing and all are welcome. In the case of severe weather, cancellations may occur. We will post on the website and Facebook. We will do our best to be open and know that in central Minnesota Mother Nature sometimes has other plans.
