December has arrived with all the trimmings. Taking time each day to sit in silence becomes vital to our mental health. It's easy to get caught up in work, kids, spouses, friends and social obligations. So much to do and so little time. Avoid burnout by getting at least 8 hours of sleep. Yes, 8! Watch your diet. Treats abound and sugar is an energy zapper. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Water is a great way to flush out toxins. Maybe a little ginger tea in the afternoon.
