6 Week Yoga Beyond the Basics Monday 5:30pm with Tamsie
Class meets Monday November 12, 19, 26 and December 3, 10, 17
A six week series using the foundations presented in the Introduction to Yoga class and building a deeper understanding of yoga. Designed for the yoga student who is ready to take on more advanced work. The focus will be learning the Ashtanga Modified Primary Series. There are modifications to accommodate physical limitations. This class will be interactive and questions are encouraged. An understanding of yoga basics is necessary to attend. What does this mean? Have you practiced yoga enough to know Sun Salutation, Warrior 1,2 and 3. Basic asana work. If you've been attending classes at Red Door Yoga+, you're ready! If you've attended classes somewhere else or have a home practice, you're ready.
6 Week Yoga Flow - Tuesdays 10am
Class Meets Tuesday November 13, 20, 27 and December 4, 11, 18
This foundation class is taught by Lindsey bringing you a satisfying practice with enthusiasm.
Each class will offer pose sequence, seated stretches, twists, balance postures and relaxation to increase balance, strength and flexibility.
The instructor will guide you in a well-rounded and well-organized practice for all levels with modifications available. This practice will allow you to find an expression of what is alive in you and model practicing presence throughout the day.
6 Week Modified Astanga with Jami- Tuesdays at 5:30pm
Class meets on Tuesday November 13, 20, 27 and December 4, 11, 18
This practice is suited for those who have taken some yoga classes previously and are ready to explore more deeply.
Modified Ashtanga is based on the traditional Ashtanga Half Primary series, a strong physical practice focusing on synchronizing breath and movement through poses (āsanas) to purify the body, mind, and spirit. This fixed sequence offers space to turn inward and experience your practice as a moving meditation.
6 Week Yin Yoga with Jami - Tuesdays 7pm
Yin Yoga - 7pm
Meets Tuesday November 13, 20, 27 and December 4, 11, 18
This class begins with a gentle and slow yoga poses designed to open the body and release tension, moving into restorative postures to deepen the experience, and ending with deep relaxation and meditation. Various props are used in restorative yoga to support and encourage the body to open and release muscular and emotional tightness. Restorative poses are explored for longer periods of time than traditional postures and have been proven to be therapeutic, encouraging peace of mind while managing pain and stress.
6 Week Vinyassa & Introduction to Inversions- Alyssa Mondays 4:00pm
Class meet Monday November 12, 19, 26 and December 3, 10, 17
This class will link breath to movement. Sprinkled in will be introduction to inversions. Inversions are optional and modifications will be demonstrated. Come and move your energy, quiet your mind and shake things up.
6 Week Session Cardio Mix With Tammy - Wednesdays 5:15pm-6:00pm
Classes will meet November 14, 21, 28 and December 5, 12, 19

Tammy Feige Filippi - Certified Group Fitness Instructor through NETA (National Exercise Trainers Association) with over 14 years of experience.
Class offers a variety of cardio and strength training options - step, kick boxing, floor, intervals, HIIT, weights and so much more. We always end with abdominal exercises and a full body stretch.
All abilities are welcome – modification of moves is always given and explained. Come join the fun and mix up your workout!

The Basics
A 5 week series for the beginner or the practitioner wanting to refine their alignment and deepen their practice. This class will take foundation poses, break them down. Students will receive individual instruction for alignment based on their body type and any physical limitations. Yoga philosophy will be introduced. A fun and interactive class.
5 Week Candlelight Guided Meditation Thursday 7pm - 7:45 pm **This class is 45 minutes** with Tamsie
Class meet Thursday November 15, 29 and December 6, 13, 20
Open to anyone seeking to slow down and let go. Each class will start with breath work and gentle movement to prepare the mind and body for a relaxing guided meditation. No previous yoga or meditation experience necessary.
Level 1 Yoga with Julie - Mondays at 8am
Be prepared to feel welcomed, supported, in a non-judgmental environment. Wear comfortable clothing. We provide the mats and all the props.
