6 Week Level 1 Yoga with Julie - Mondays at 8am
Class meets Monday November 12, 19, 26, and December 3, 10,17
This 6-session beginner yoga series will start from the basics: the breath, the foundation and importance of the feet, and focusing the mind to working through basic poses (asana), modification of poses, and how to use props (blocks, straps, bolsters) to support you in your practice.
Be prepared to feel welcomed, supported, in a non-judgmental environment. Wear comfortable clothing. We provide the mats and all the props.
