5 Week Level 1 Yoga - Thursday 10am
Class meets Thursday November 15, 29 and December 6, 13, 20
This foundation class is taught by Julie bringing you a satisfying practice with enthusiasm.
Each class will offer pose sequence, seated stretches, twists, balance postures and relaxation to increase balance, strength and flexibility.
The instructor will guide you in a well-rounded and well-organized practice for all levels with modifications available. This practice will allow you to find an expression of what is alive in you and model practicing presence throughout the day.
